• Gear Oil Management: Fill the planetary housing with recommended extreme-pressure gear oil of the correct viscosity grade. Change oil every 250-500 operating hours under normal conditions, and every 250 hours in severe applications such as continuous quarry work, demolition, or heavy ripping.
• Mounting Bolt Protocol: When reinstalling, always fit new high-strength bolts meeting specified grade. Apply suitable thread locking compound prior to torquing to factory specifications, preventing loosening caused by extreme vibration and shock loads.
